This company is a total joke. Their sizing is completely off and returning items is impossible. They claim to have a simple return process, but you end up having to jump through all sorts of hoops, and they say it's too pricey to provide a return label. Seriously, steer clear of this business!

I never got any tracking details for my order. I've sent them countless emails and still haven't heard back. Their customer service is just terrible!!

I didn’t run into any trouble with my order or the delivery process. The delivery came faster than I thought it would, and the items were of decent quality. I'm just hanging tight for some dresses to be back in stock.

I got the high waisted faux leather pants as a present. Since this is a Chinese brand, I thought it might take a while for them to arrive, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the delivery was. The trousers look fantastic! I definitely recommend this company.

I really can’t suggest anyone to purchase from this shop. They’re a total scam. The first time I ordered a dress for $109, they sent me the wrong item. After a ton of back and forth, they still haven’t refunded me.

Then, I tried again with some lingerie costing $39.45. They claimed it was shipped, but it’s been over two months and I’m still waiting for my package. Seriously, folks, steer clear of these people. The service is terrible, and communication is worse. You’ll have to hound them just to get your stuff. I’m still waiting on mine. They’re a scam. Don’t believe a word of what they advertise!

We just made our first buy from NihaoStyles and got 13 items. Unfortunately, one was out of stock, but they quickly credited us for it (they ask what you’d prefer if that happens). Their chat support is really helpful too. Plus, you can't beat their prices! The dresses are super sexy, but they run a bit small, especially around the chest. Keep in mind that their sizing is based on Chinese standards, so it’s wise to go for a bigger size. After all, it’s way easier to adjust a larger dress than to squeeze into a smaller one, right? Hehe.

If I could rate higher than a 5 star, I totally would. The shipping was right on schedule, but honestly, it was worth every second of the wait!!!!! EVERY ITEM MATCHED THE PICTURE PERFECTLY!!!!! The fit is awesome, the color is spot on, and everything was just perfect. I’m super excited to showcase it on my website.

The garments showed up in great condition, they resemble the images exactly and the fabric is top-notch. The activewear is quite comfy and not at all transparent, plus the cost is reasonable and totally worth it. I sell these online and my customers are all about it!! This is my second order and I plan to keep it going.
